MY EARLY MORNING YOGHURT-HONEY-PAPAYA BOWL....

I lazy off almost each morning and I lack in time to have a proper filling breakfast. But that does not stop me from having breakfast at all. One of my rescue morning brunches is a bowl of yoghurt and ripe papaya with honey.
It is as yumm as it can be.
Adding to this, papaya is an awesome fruit to add to your diet. It’s loaded with fiber, vitamins, and is known for many anti-cancer properties and digestive enzymes for a happy belly.
Start your day with this no-cook papaya yogurt bowl for breakfast. It even makes for an amazing dessert.
INGREDIENTS
½ papaya ½ cup plain Greek yogurt ¼ cup nuts, chopped( optional)
STEPS:
Wash, slice, and de-seed a papaya (NOTE: be sure to save the seeds to make this easy, salad dressing).
Scoop ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt into one half of the papaya.
Top with chopped nuts.
