MY VERSION OF DARK CHOCOLATE AND COFFEE FLAVOURED CAKE.

This is a very special chocolate cake which I usually bake for bierthdays and special occassions. My family loves it.
Lets feed your baking spree......
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. Refined flour
2. Butter/refined oil.
3. Sugar
4. Coffee
5. Baking powder
6. Baking soda
7. A pinch of salt
8. Coco Powder.
9. A caramel chocolate bar of your choice. I prefer 'Bar One'.
10. 2-3 eggs
11. Milk
12. Vanilla Essence
13. Orange Zest
LETS GET STARTED:
Take a bowl and add flour, sugar, coco powder, sugar, butter/oil, salt, vanilla essence, orange zest, baking powder and baking soda all together. You can add all these ingridients as per convinience. I do not normally go precise with measurements. Do it your way..:-)
Next, take some milk in a bowl and beat the eggs into it. Pour the mixture into the cake mix and mix it well to a fine consistency.
Now, cut a caremel chocolate into pieces and add into the cake mix.
Your cake batter is ready.
Bake it for 10-15 minutes.
HOW TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE GANASHE?
Take some dark chocolate, vanilla essence, milk, sugar, fresh cream and butter in a ceramic bowl. Applying the double boiler method, stir and wait till the entire chocolate mixture melts and thickens up to a thick dark chocolaty consistency. Keep it aside.
HOW TO SERVE?
Demould the cake. Take a thread and slide it through the centre of the cake cutting it in two equal halves.
Take the lower half and pour the chocolate ganashe over it and spread it throughout. Take the other half of the cake and place it over the lower half. Now pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the top of the cake and cover the entire cake with it.
Add your favourite toppings on the cake and serve.
