TRY MY GRANDMA'S CARROT PANCAKES....

This is my grandma's version of quick and easy home made pancakes with shredded carrots.


Ingridients required:


1. Shredded carrots

2. Flour

3. Salt

4. Baking soda/baking powder

5. Milk

6. Eggs

7.Honey

8.oking oil

9. Flavoured youghurt/ cream( optional)

10. Fruits of your choice.


METHOD:


Add 2 cups of flour, 1 and 1/2 cup of shredded carrots, a pinch of salt and baking powder, milk( based on the consistency you require), 2 eggs and 2 tea spoon sugar into a mixing bowl and mix all together well.

Heat a pan with 1/2 tea spoon of cooking oil and fry the pancakes. This does not take more than 2 minutes per pancake.


HOW TO SERVE:


Stack the pancakes one above the other and finish off by drizzling honey and flovoured yoghurt or cream on the hot pancakes with your favorite fruits on top.
