This is a very fun recepi which is highly recommended for occassions like get togethers or as a party starter. You need just a few simple ingredients which are easily available at home. Let me tell you how to make the Birds Nest Cutlet.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

1. Boiled potatoes

2. Onions

3. Peas

4. Salt

5. Black pepper

6. Paneer/ cottage cheese

7. Refined oil

8. Cumin powder

9. Coriander powder

10. Chilli powder

11. Flour

12. Ginger

13. Roasted Vermicelli

METHOD:

Take boiled potatoes, onions, peas, black pepper, salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and flour in a mixing bowl and mix everything well. Try to get the consistency of mashed potatoes. Then mould the mashed potato mixture into the shape of a Bird's Nest with greased hands. Keep the cutlets aside. Then, coat the cutlets all over with roasted Vermicelli and deep fry the cutlets untill golden brown. Meanwhile, take some grated paneer or Indian cottage cheese . Add salt and black pepper and mix it well. Make small paneer balls which look like tiny birds's eggs. Shallow fry the balls making sure they do not change their colour.

HOW TO SERVE?

Take the fried cutlets on a fancy plate. Place the panner balls on the cutlet making them look like a bird's eggs. Garnish them with coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger chunks. Serve hot...🤗
