EASY NO-OVEN PIZZA!!

Hello peeps, well this is a much requested recepi and I am sure you guys are going to love it because it is so easy to make at home. I am going to show you how to make pizza at home even if you do not have an oven. Trust me, homemade pizzas are divine….
Let’s get started!
INGRIDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. Flour
2. Dry yeast
3. Salt
4. Sugar
5. Refined oil
6. Veggies of your choice (Tomatoes, onions, capsicum, etc)
7. Oregano
8. Mozzarella cheese
9. Paneer crumbs( Indian cottage cheese)
10. Spring onion
11. Tomato ketchup
12. Indian ground spices
METHOD:
Step 1: Pasta Sauce
Take some oil in a pan and add tomatoes, tomato ketchup, spring onions and all the spice mixes. Add some salt and a little pinch of sugar and stir the entire mixture until it comes to a smooth texture like a sauce. Keep it aside.
Step 2: Pizza Dough
Take 2 cups of refined flour, 2 teaspoon refined oil, half a teaspoon sugar, half a teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon dry yeast and water. Knead the dough until its smooth and set it aside for 1-2 hours for the dough to rise.
Step 3: After the dough has risen, roll the dough like a chapati but not as thin as one. Take a non stick pan and add a little oil/butter. Place the rolled the dough and add the pasta sauce making sure the sauce coats the surface of the pizza entirely. Add all the veggies on top, paneer crumbs, pepper powder, paprika, oregano and most importantly mozzarella cheese on top. Cover the lid of the pan and let is slow cook like an oven does. The cheese will start melting and the pizza base will eventually turn golden brown with a nice crust.
And voila….!!! YOUR HOME MADE PIZZA IS READY…!
