CHEESY POTATO PANCAKE!

One of the easiest recepies to munch on as a starter or an evening snack. This is my absolute favourite.

INGRIDIENTS REQUIRED:
1. Fresh potatoes
2. Flour
3. Salt
4. Black pepper
5. Chilli powder
6. Turmeric powder
7. Coriander powder
8. Cumin Powder
9. Refined oil
10. Oregano
11. Mozzarella Cheese
METHOD:
Step 1:
Wash the potatoes and peel them well. Shred the potatoes finely and keep them soaked in salted cold water for a while so that the potatoes do not change their colour. After a while, strain the shredded potatoes and add salt and all the spices mentioned above to them. Add the cheese as well followed by some flour for the binding.
Step 2:
Take a non stick pan and add a little oil. Fry the potato mix on the pan with the help of a spatula and make sure you shape the potatoes like a pancake. Once you make sure that one side is crispy enough, flip over the pancake and fry the other side as well. Do not over fry as it may burn and you will not get a nice texture and colour of the pancake.
Turn off the flame and sprinkle some oregano on top and enjoy….
